Paige Garty has been promoted to Title Operations Manager, bringing the quiet confidence and depth that come from 26 years of experience. She has long been a steady hand, problem solver, and mentor, and in this new role, she’ll continue guiding production, supporting complex issues, and helping strengthen the team around her.

Julia Bednar has been promoted to Senior Title Officer after 7 years with Agave. She brings thoughtful, intentional communication to every interaction and has a gift for making agents, clients, and teammates feel heard and cared for. Her willingness to lean in, take on more, and keep growing makes this promotion so well deserved.
