Seriously...can you even believe that?! What is even crazier is that this advice came from a nurse, and I let it get in my head... I was a runner, I ran everyday, it kept the stress down, and kept me healthy. I stopped running because I couldn't stop thinking about it everytime I did. And it did wayyyyy more harm than good to stop. Some other things I have heard are the usual go on a vacation, just adopt, do another round, stop trying it will happen, eat less sugar, drink less wine, drink more wine, no coffee, don't work-out, work out more, and set up a wine bar in your bedroom, somehow all these things were magically going to solve all our problem.....uuugghhh....
