🌱 Rich in sulforaphane, Komatsuna helps in fighting and preventing cancer. It's a great source of calcium, too, which makes it a great pick for vegans and those who are lactose intolerant.

🌱 Komatsuna is a traditional vegetable in Japanese cuisine and is commonly used in salads, stir-fries with scrambled eggs (farm fresh are best), and soups. It has a crunchy texture like Pak Choi.

👨‍🍳 Many chefs also use them in a variety of dishes, including sandwiches, wraps, smoothies, and as a garnish for various cooked or raw meals.
