Bridge BAR
Bridging the Gap Through Service to Community.

Hello! We’re still on hiatus, but want to share some of our completed donations. This was for Cocktail No. 6 benefitting . Thank you all for supporting Bridge Bar and our community.✨

Dearest community, your support of Bridge Bar has been heartwarming. This coronavirus has changed business plans, and impacted all of our lives this year.
⠀⠀
Originally slated to be a real live bar concept in 2020, we had to pivot into only offering batched cocktails to go.
⠀⠀
Then when the order came down prohibiting us from selling to-go spirits we pivoted once again, offering wine/beer cocktail options.
⠀⠀
After all these months, we are now finding ourselves at a place of pause due to Covid-19 safety precautions.
⠀⠀
As recently shared, an employee tested positive. And while we, and , volunteer our time after hours with no/limited contact with employees, the virus has touched our family and we want to do the responsible thing and take a break to ensure our own health and that of the people who support us.
⠀⠀
Together we have raised over $3500 (and counting) in donations for organizations so far through our humble bar program. Thank you!
⠀⠀
Some of the organizations will receive smaller donations than they would have if our sales of spirited cocktails hadn’t been abruptly halted. Whenever and however Bridge Bar resumes, it’s our intention to circle back to those organizations to bridge the difference in donations.
⠀⠀
Until then, stay safe, be kind, and love well. We’ll see you next year.
⠀⠀
P.S. Please revisit each of our posts for organizations you can continue to support through sharing or donations.

Cocktail No. 24: Wermut Erborista is an Italian vermouth so special that we didn’t dare build upon it; it stands alone in its botanical finery.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Organic Cabernet Franc and Merlot were enriched with a slow infusion of carefully selected aromatic and bitter herbs and spices including Elderflower, three artemisias, and precious wood barks such as Citrine Sandalwood and China calissaia.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
With no chemical additives, artificial colors, caramel, or burnt sugar, this semi-sweet, aromatized wine makes for a unique and elegant holiday gift.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
All proceeds from this limited release will be benefitting , a direct mutual aid food and supply distribution effort for area Native communities.

Cocktail No. 21 - benefiting Apache-Stronghold -- Protect Chi'chil Bildagoteel // Oak Flat
We’re back (and n/a friendly!) with an earthy and tart mimosa/collins kit for you to enjoy with your weekend brunch (or really any time). Chill your bottle of bubbly and your jar of shrub in the fridge and combine in 4:1 ratio (bubbles : shrub) in a champagne flute or coupe. We suggest ordering extra bubbles--you’re gonna want ‘em!
1 bottle Suriol Cava -OR- Topo Chico
1 jar shrub:
Cranberry
Orange
Apple
Apple cider and rice wine vinegars
Sugar
Spice mix: cinnamon, anise, clove, cumin, ginger, pepper, tangerine zest, sumac, salt
This week we're uplifting a cause we believe in firmly. Late November tradition overlooks the history of colonial expansion paired with the genocide of indigenous people in the Americas, so we’re donating funds from this cocktail to a group working to save sacred Apache site Oak Flat from a copper mine that would destroy the land. 100% of profits from this cocktail will go to Apache-Stronghold and their critical work battling continued colonization, defending Holy sites and freedom of religion, and building a better community through neighborhood programs and civic engagement. They work from San Carlos, Arizona connecting Apaches and other Native and non-Native allies from all over the world. Follow their work here: and at http://apache-stronghold.com/about-us.html
Link in bio to place your order for pickup or local delivery. And please don’t forget to tip your bartenders! 💕
THANK YOU!
