The Pima County Community Prevention Coalition (CPC) of PPEP, Inc. will present the 7th Annual Southern Arizona Opioid Misuse Prevention Symposium on Thursday, April 25, 2024, at Desert Diamond Casino.
The $65 attendance fee includes entry to the Symposium, a continental breakfast, refreshments during breaks, lunch, a raffle ticket, and Continuing Education Units (CEUs).

With the recent increase in monsoon activity, the triple digit temperatures of July have become less frequent in the past few weeks. That doesn’t mean the heat of the day can be ignored, though. Remember the signs below to stay safe from heat-related illness.

The Amado Youth Center and PPEP Inc are facilitating a THRIVE Youth Resiliency Program at the Sahuarita Library in Sahuarita, Arizona! The program starts Wednesday, August 24, 2022, from 2:30-4:30pm. Youth attending 4-8th grade are welcome to register!

Youth who attend the program will learn how to cope with stress, manage emotions, set goals, and make healthy decisions. The program will also discuss drug and alcohol prevention.
