We'll be offering three gourmet tacos—sweet potato, duck carnitas, and shrimp and bacon. We'll also have a great selection of Mexican wines available to perfectly enhance each bite. Join us this Thursday, April 2nd from 5–7pm as we explore selections from The German Wine Collection—crisp, expressive, and built for spring.

Founded with pride, excitement, and a deep sense of responsibility, The German Wine Collection brings together some of Germany’s most iconic estates, preserving their legacy while carrying them into the next generation.

Zack Musick of GWC and Rob Gilles of Stem Wine Co, will be guiding us through the lineup and sharing the stories behind the wines.

Think electric Riesling, mineral-driven whites, and a few surprises that show just how dynamic Germany can be right now.

Join us this Thursday, 3/26, from 5–7PM as we welcome Isabella Paoloni in person, pouring through a lineup that captures the energy, texture, and wild beauty of northern Mexico’s most exciting wine region

We’re heading south to the Valle de Guadalupe with a special tasting featuring Paoloni Wines—one of Baja’s most compelling family producers.

Rooted in Italian tradition, the Paoloni story begins in Le Marche, where the family first planted vines in the 1950s before bringing that knowledge to Baja in the late ’90s. What followed is a deeply personal project—estate vineyards, old-world sensibility, and a vision of “Mexican wines with an Italian heart.”

Expect expressive, sun-kissed wines with a sense of place—rustic, vibrant, and alive.

Founded by Mary Taylor, the project is rooted in a simple idea: showcase classic European regions through the lens of small, independent growers, with wines that are honest, expressive, and meant to be enjoyed at the table.
