Pineapple Ribs

A friend of a friend of mine has a house in Sabino Mountain that they had the roof replaced about three years ago.
Payed 35k for new underlay and a re-roof.
They have a leak and the roofer they paid all that money to can’t be found.
My buddy had them call me. I don’t usually want anything to do with tile roofs anymore. I’m too old for that.
But I felt for these folks. After a conversation I decided to go by and see if maybe it was something simple.
Nice people. They felt wronged by the other roofer. I don’t blame them. I hear it more than I should.
This is what I found.
The crew that did the roof never sealed a roof vent.
These poor folks paid big bucks and got a poor job.
Be careful people.
