A Boutique Family Dental Practice with a Purist Approach

At this time, our hours of operation will fluctuate with accommodating emergency appointments only. With respect to Governor Doug Ducey's Executive Order, we want to do our part in conserving all essential medical supplies for the benefit of protecting healthcare professionals treating COVID-19 patients. Due to their increasing scarcity, we are postponing non-essential procedures that require the use of masks, gowns, gloves, and other protective wear.

If you find that you need to make an emergency dental appointment, please call us at (520)792-4738 and leave a voicemail or email us at [email protected]. We will immediately respond and reserve the soonest available appointment for you. You can always make an appointment directly on our website: www.ronaldfloresdds.com

Thank you for your understanding and patience throughout this challenging time. Our efforts are to protect our patients, employees, and the general public.

Infection control in the dental office - American Dental Association 03/16/2020

Dear Patients:

We are continuing to monitor the Covid-19 situation closely. In an effort to continue to provide excellent dental care and keep everyone as safe as possible, we will make the following changes at the office:

(1) If you, or a close contact, have traveled to any of the high risk areas (these are updated regularly on the CDC website) in the past three weeks, have had a fever (100.4 or higher) in the past 72 hours, or have any other symptoms to include body aches, cough, sore throat, or difficulty breathing, we ask that you call to reschedule any routine appointments. If you are in this category and have a more urgent matter to address, please call the office for instructions.

(2) We will also limit the number of people in the waiting room to decrease exposure. To that end, only patients will be allowed in the waiting room and in the exam rooms. We ask that you not bring children or other family members with you to your appointment unless it is absolutely necessary. If you bring someone with you, they will be asked to stay in the car.

(3) Our office has always abided by ADA's Infection Control Standards and we have increased our standards and cleaning frequency. For further information, please visit: https://www.mouthhealthy.org/en/az-topics/i/infection-control

If you believe you may need testing for Covid-19, please contact your Primary Health Provider, local health department, urgent care, or emergency department.

This is a challenging time and an evolving situation. You will be informed if more restrictions become necessary. Thank you for your understanding.
