🌟 iamU is a step-by-step training in living from the heart as a center of intelligence, energy and action.

Students begin by reconnecting to their breath and heart, opening pathways within the body.

They will then move into learning how to regulate emotional states through breath direction and rhythm.

From there, they learn to consciously work with the heart’s electromagnetic field, heal emotional imprints that shape behavior, and restore the heart’s natural vitality.

As the program unfolds, students learn how to accomplish their heart’s true wishes using focused intention, magnetism and will.

The training culminates in what is called the Invincible Heart: a heart shaped by experience, capable of listening deeply, acting with strength, and remaining engaged through challenge.

Graduates often describe stronger emotional balance, healthier relationships, and a sense of wholeness that guides their daily choices.

Priority Deadline for Consideration - July 15th

As a nonprofit, iamHeart is committed to making the culture of the heart available to as many students as possible.

Each year, we award partial scholarships to students that desire to immerse themselves in the teachings of the heart, but may have financial limitations.

We encourage all that may benefit to apply and recommend submitting your application before July 15th, 2026 for priority consideration.
