Job Description:

We are currently seeking a full and part time Plumbing Dispatcher to join our office team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing service requests, dispatching plumbers to job sites, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with customers and staff.
Manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
Use computer systems proficiently (Windows operating system).
Dispatch plumbers to job sites and coordinate schedules.
Maintain accurate records of service calls and job statuses.
Provide professional and courteous service to customers and staff.
Ensure timely and effective communication with the plumbing team.
Handle customer inquiries and provide information about services.
Sending invoicing and receipt reports.

Requirements:
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to multitask effectively.
Proficiency in using computers, particularly with Windows operating system.
Valid government-issued ID.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Punctual and dependable.
Professional and courteous demeanor.
Strong time management skills and self-motivation.
Ability to read and write English and perform basic math calculations.

I purchased a dishwasher from a big box store including install. The dishwasher arrived at 8 am this morning, but the contractor said they couldn't install it without charging me more then double to do the work. I called Code Blue. They were here within 3 hours and the dishwasher was installed for a much better price. Next time I'll just schedule with Code Blue in the first place. I have been using Code Blue for years and they are responsive, do great work, and are upfront about costs. Thank you Abel & Angel for doing such a great job!
