We had the best day off in Colorado and felt so warmly received as a moody trio version by the punks in Denver.

Second slide is Faith using a tiny jam jar, previously used to bring Charlotte's grandma's ashes to a secret resting spot, to gather water from the Eagle River for her mother's River Keeper sculpture.

Tonight we play at the Marigold Room at the Hotel Glorieta in Santa Fe! It's our last show maybe until we have a new album out.

This has been the best crew ever! It will just be intimate trio performances by Faith, John and Charlotte for the remaining shows but we will miss Rose and Kathy so much! Cannot wait to get home to New Orleans to start preparing to make a new record with these incredible musicians. We're bummed about it but the venue in SLC pulled our show. We'll be stopping through on our way home anyway. Who's got the RAW MILK hookup Utahhhh? Or other recommendations for crash spots/places to eat/museums/ceramic supply stores/anything along the long road home from Portland to SLC to GJCO to Denver to Santa Fe to Dallas to New Orleans? We usually don't get to spend any time in these places but, in the words of Henry Bemis, "there's TIME now."
