Guys…The Infant Struggle is REAL… 😒My sweet little babe is usually a decent sleeper… we’ve worked out a schedule that works for her… but this past weekend she wasn’t having any of it… she decided Saturday she wasn’t going to sleep all morning and then Sunday she decided she wasn’t going to sleep after noon and she was going to cry and cry and cry… We fed, we changed, we swaddled, we swayed, we bounced, we sang, we hummed, we walked, we begged… 3 years ago, when this happened with my oldest, we just had to walk through it blind… now I have resources… So, when we had tried everything we could, I grabbed my iTOVi scanner and scanned my little one’s foot. Of course, the oils she scanned for were huge emotional oils…

So I grabbed a 5mL roller ball and added the following...
2 Drops of Peace
1 Drop of Juniper Berry
1 Drop of Lime
1 Drop of Motivate
2 Drops of Balance
2 Drops of Calmer
1 Drop of Passion
1 Drop of Green Mandarin
Topped it with fractionated coconut oil…
. .

Then I turned on the heater in the bathroom, started a diffuser with Balance and Peace and gave her a warm bath… when I got her out I layered her with my home made roller ball and peace touch, on her feet, over her heart and down her spine… then I swaddled her and wrapped her in a blanket and handed her off to daddy… As he held her on the couch, I started our living room diffuser with Balance and Peace and our sweet babe drifted off to sleep for the first time in almost 8 hours…

She slept for 9 straight hours!!! 👏👏🙏😍

Disclaimer: Yes, I used 11 drops of oils in a 5Ml roller on my 4 month old and the peace touch (it’s pre-diluted)… no you don’t have to use that many oils… yes you can dilute it more or use a larger roller ball (10mL or even 30mL)! Do what your comfortable with…
