This is the week in Tucson Real Estate. There has been a tremendous drop in the number of houses hitting the market, but a serge of houses going under contract.
At the same time the number of houses going back on the market has remained the about the same.
What this means is that buyers are still quick to tie your house under contract and about 25% of houses will fall out of contract.
Buyers are still buying, even if the sellers are not selling.
There is an even greater shortage of inventory. Even though the holidays are here, house placed for sale at market value will still move quickly.
