This is the internal power the direct force from the ground in all directions. You must develop internal power and stances at the same time in the Internal Kung Fu system.

After 20+ years training Kwok system and SiGong’s top student, I’m ready to lead on my own. I reached a state of WuJi. I know everything yet nothing at all. I exhausted my relationship with the grandmaster, I received all of the best information and I’m ready to teach others so they may have an even better experience than myself.
If anyone of his students desires to get as far as me and go further by achiving his 5th degree sash, good for them. That is just not my path any longer for personal reasons.
I’ll reach higher levels by deeper training, teaching others and advancing my knowledge of acupuncture and kinesiology myself.
