Next Step Watercolor Class
Come and join us for an encouraging time of watercolor painting with Tim Bhajjan, our instructor. Tim Bhajjan is a watercolor artist who has lived in Arizona since 2018. He is a Signature Member and Saguaro Fellow at the Southern Arizona Watercolor Guild (SAWG) in Tucson, Arizona.

Tim has been painting with watercolors for over twenty years, and professionally for the past seven. His first solo exhibition, Desert of Hope, was held at the Yuma Art Center in March 2019. Since then, he has exhibited in numerous shows at the SAWG Gallery, and his work has also been displayed at Arizona State University’s Watts College of Public Service and Community Solutions in Phoenix, as well as the Intersection Gallery in Gilbert.
Over the years, Tim has studied with several prominent watercolor artists, including Mary Whyte, Tony Couch, Ted Nuttall, Marney Ward, and Graham Berry. Through this training, he has developed a personal style that blends realism and abstraction.

In addition to landscapes and florals, Tim has explored biographical art, using watercolor to creatively depict meaningful moments from a person’s life. His current focus is on floral work as he prepares for upcoming shows in 2025 at the Desert Artisans Gallery.
