New mural at Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church in Phoenix — Grand Canyon Synod of the ELCA Pastor Karn Carroll shares news and photos from their new mural on Glendale Avenue and 12th Street. The mural was on a recent Channel 12 new report (starts at 12 minutes into the video).

Today is Ash Wednesday, when we turn from our sins and begin the 40 days until Easter. It's not a time of punishment or guilt, but a time of reflection on the hurts we do to ourselves and others, and a time to return to God.
