Many wellness spaces are designed to help you hide. The Morning Primal is designed to make that impossible. On April 8 and April 15, we are going back to the glass.

This isn’t a "class." It is a ritual of somatic recalibration. We shatter the shell, turn the heart inside out, and find the roar that has been muffled by the weight of your daily armor.

The Rules of the Hunt:

· Cameras ON. We don’t have room for ghosts. If you aren’t ready to be witnessed, you aren’t ready to shed.

· Step to the Glass. We look each other in the eye until the discomfort turns into power. We aren’t here to be pretty; we are here to be loud.

· The Seal. Have your live ginger ready. We end by burning the frequency into our bones together.
