We recently completed the renovation of Cougar Creek Apartments, a 72-unit affordable housing community in Vancouver, Washington. Working alongside Vancouver Housing Authority and MG2 Design, the project included extensive upgrades to residential buildings, community spaces, and outdoor amenities, enhancing the resident experience and the property’s long-term sustainability.

We’re grateful to be part of projects that preserve affordable housing and strengthen the communities we serve.
