It’s Monday Night and I wanna see YOUR food!!

Tonight I steamed some jasmine rice and made some crispy pork belly. It’s crazy what a little 5 spice, some white pepper and some Red Diamond koshering salt can do!!!

Also made a dipping sauce the other day for steak and we had some left over so we added that to our rice. ZOMG so good!!

Most of don’t need fancy, I do sometimes, but mostly not. Men are painfully simple creatures and hot dogs 🌭 speak to that. Simple, delicious and the Costco ones anyway, are shareable.
