Responsibilities include:

• Managing a high volume of incoming calls and customer communication

• Scheduling appointments and supporting internal sales coordination

• Greeting and assisting showroom visitors

• Supporting ownership with executive assistant projects. Must be proficient in Microsft tools

• Assisting with public relations and marketing initiatives

• Maintaining a high-end, concierge-level customer experience

We’re looking for someone organized, positive, detail-oriented, technology driven and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Must find joy in working with a team.

• Build proposals and close sales
• Generate new business opportunities
• Represent the brand at community events and trade shows
• Follow up with leads and build long-term customer relationships
