Talked my daughter in to riding with me to Texas to pick up some of my newest finds (will be listing on my personal Facebook marketplace and linking on this page). I think she only agreed since we went on to Galveston to visit family for a few days... Flamingo Fest was a hit! Flamingo Fest is a day that marks the start of the summer season for Galveston Island. This is marked by a golf cart parade (where participants decorate their carts and have amazing outfits, throw candy, beads, koozies & even Raman packets 😆) and shops / restaurants have specials throughout the day.
