Congratulations to my buyers!!! They closed on their first house today‼️ $0 down $0 closing cost‼️🎉 with just a little over 5% interest! And let me tell you God was all the way in this deal. Everything we asked for with favor on favor.
They wanted this house so bad and our original offer was declined and sellers went with another offer. It just felt like this couldn’t have happened to them because everything was just working in the most weird way in their favor.
She told me she cried all night, I literally told her I had a feeling something was going to happen and the next day we got a call, “deal fell through and they wanted to know if they still wanted it! “ABSOLUTELY !!”
