✔ Review and verify employee timecards and payroll adjustments

✅ Advanced attention to detail and organizational skills
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
✅ Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism

Bonus Qualifications:
⭐ Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification
⭐ Multi-state payroll experience
⭐ Experience with HRIS and timekeeping systems

✔ Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
✔ Enter and verify financial data with accuracy
✔ Prepare customer statements and vendor payments
✔ Maintain organized financial records and documentation
✔ Assist with bank, credit card, and account reconciliations
✔ Support month-end and year-end closing activities
✔ Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and A/P & A/R aging reports

What We're Looking For:
✅ High school diploma or equivalent
✅ Experience with basic accounting principles
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
✅ Strong data entry, organizational, and numerical accuracy skills
