TOPIC: VICTORY INDEED

TEXT:1 Corinthians 15:57
But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ."
Hebrews 2:14
"Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;"
Our triumph in life is the product of the victory that Christ won for us on the cross.
We are not the ones that fought and won the battle, in fact we did not have the capacity to fight sin or Satan but Christ through His redemptive work gave us the victory.
I join the apostle Paul to declare, thanks be to God which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
One of the biggest triumph Christ gave to us is the triumph over Satan.
Satan deceived Eve in the garden and by that singular act of Adam and Eve' treason, the authority of man was legally transferred to Satan and Satan became the god of this world.
From then on Satan brought in darkness, evil, rebellion and the likes into this world.
The whole of mankind was under the bo***ge of Satan.
The economy of the serpent controlled the economy of men but in the fullness of time, God sent His Son into the world so that He might destroy the works of the devil.
Jesus Christ came to destroy the works, the operations, the control of Satan over mankind. Thanks be to God.
The power of Satan was completely destroyed and Satan himself was defeated by Christ. The apostle Paul writing in Colossians 2:15 said;And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a show of them openly, triumphing over them in it."
It is sad in my generation that many ministers and ministries that taken it upon themselves to amplify Satan, create the impression that Satan have not been defeated, emphasizes the activities of demons, evil spirits and enemies.
But let the truth be told, Jesus Christ have absolutely conquered Satan and render him powerless.
The only power Satan uses today is tricks, wiles and fear.
Believers in Christ have authority over Satan. Jesus himself declared in Luke 10:19

TOPIC: REPENTANCE

TEXT: Acts 8:22
Repent, then, of this evil plan of yours, and pray to the Lord that he will forgive you for thinking such a thing as this.
Repentance is not a message or sermon of condemnation or judgement but a message of salvation, revival, deliverance, healing, transformation and change.
Repentance is a message for you to turn from the world (sin, Satan or darkness) and turn to Christ (Salvation).
Repentance is acknowledging, believing and accepting Jesus as your lord and personal saviour.
Repentance is a message for you and I, to amend our ways and live God and God alone.
Repentance is a message for you to turn from unbeliever or Iniquity to a genuine believer.
Repentance is a message to reconnect and reconcile you back to your creator.
Repentance is a message that revealed the true knowledge about CHRIST and His finished work.
Repentance message help you to know that Christ have paid for your past, present and future sins, that it has been forgiven.
Repentance is a message to remind you that Christ is coming very soon and you should be prepared.
Repentance message is not outdated sermon or message but a message of hope and redemption.
Repentance is a message of examination for you and I, begin to check our ways and our lifestyle if it in alignment with God's word or God's will.
In conclusion, Jesus Christ, the apostles and the prophets in the Bible preached about repentance.
Repentance message is a message to draw you closer to God and help you to acknowledge Him.
Repent for the kingdom of God is HERE.
