Pigs flew the day I convinced professional photographer and Tulsa geography snob Shane Bevel to leave the comfort of his midtown cocoon to join me out south for the podcast. This episode has no shortage of sarcasm aimed at anything south of 31st Street but I think Shane's love for being in the heart of the city is well balanced with his love for being literally out in the middle of nowhere. We talk about his Tulsa Public School board photo project, for which he's received a lot of love - and a little hate - and what he thinks happens next. All this and more in today's episode. 2. There's a LOT that went unsaid about the TPS school board and its issues the past year or more. In pretty typical fashion, I forget I'm being recorded and am just having a conversation with Shane.
