Swimming doesn’t necessarily mean laps. The pool is an amazing place for cross training for individuals that don’t normally exercise in the pool.
One of the first things I teach my clients is the “pelvic tilt” exercise. It helps my clients understand the relationship between the shoulders, back, and pelvis.
