We are hiring a part-time client success manager. This position will transition into full-time.
Automize Health Care is a Full Service Internet Marketing company based in Tulsa that helps local businesses increase their sales, improve customer retention and enhance their profitability by more effectively marketing online via Search Engine Marketing (SEO & PPC), Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google Map, Etc), & other online marketing platforms.
Job Overview:
As an account manager, you are responsible for managing the relationships with clients. You will work with clients by updating them on the success of their marketing campaigns. Administrative is also part of the job.

Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Word and Excel
Experienced in the navigation of major internet advertising interfaces including, but not limited to Google, Bing, and Facebook

Know the ins and outs of operating a computer
Graphic design/web design expereince helpful but not required
Work with any task management system like asana helpful but not required

Job Skills & Responsibilities:
The candidate must be flexible and be able to multitask across a variety of job duties, including:
Retention of client accounts through review of campaign set up, active campaign management and ex*****on of consistent customer service
Management and analysis of internet marketing campaigns to satisfy client expectations for various performance metrics
Rapport building and the fostering of relationships with clients through timely follow up and communication in order to increase retention of accounts
Delivery of education to clients on campaign performance and return on investment received

The growth specialist position involves:
-Building nurturing funnels.
-Communicating clearly with clients.
-Translating their client's needs to the capabilities of the CRM system with automation and processes.
-setting up templates for SMS text, email to send on behalf of clients
-Configuring CRM systems
Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems such as HubSpot, Go High Level, and Mailchimp gives a head start - the lack of it is not a problem - we will provide training.
Critical thinking and creativity are necessary to build accurate digital marketing strategies with workflows and automation.
The role doesn't include just a single project at a time, so keeping up with multiple video meetings, requests, and information is vital.
Excellence in every task assigned, having attention to detail, and providing support for the clients using the platform are central pillars of the position. Skills necessary include good communications skills, being "tech-savvy," hungry to learn, and ready to get multiple assignments done throughout the week.
