The weather is beautiful and so are the mushrooms we brought today!

I'm loving this new strain of Cordyceps. 🍄

I also changed a few things about how I've been growing them and am loving the results!

Sorry for the blurry pictures, but they have to be grown in sealed containers and it's not easy to get clear photos through the steamy plastic. 😆

Can't wait to extract them soon. 😁

Grass fed NY strips topped with king blue oyster mushrooms and served with a red wine reduction sauce. 🤤

I LOVE a good wine reduction.

This local cab from Dancing Skeleton Meadery with a bit of honey had a beautiful, subtle sweetness that paired perfectly with the steak and mushrooms. ❤️
