AFFIDAVIT OF STATUS, RIGHTS, AND LAW

I, ____________________________, a living man/woman, competent to testify, hereby declare under penalty of perjury, based upon personal knowledge, the following facts and statements of law:

I. FOUNDATIONAL PRINCIPLES OF LAW
