🚨🚨THREE DAYS UNTIL OUR SECOND BIRTHDAY PARTY AT HEIRLOOM🚨🚨

We’re continuing the conversation about our incredible sponsors—because none of this would be possible without their support! From the heart, we’re so grateful to be part of such a vibrant and caring community.

Spotlight 8🌟: Moonbeam Conservatory
Moonbeam Conservatory is a one-of-a-kind floral art sanctuary in the Kendall Whittier District, where local artist Tyler Thrasher transforms plants into glowing “moonbeam flora” using phosphorescent mineral powder. His work blends art, science, and wonder—think crystallized insects, opalized flowers, and hybridized plants.

Tyler’s curiosity knows no bounds, and neither does his creativity. Catch a glimpse of his universe at Moonbeam Conservatory, and keep an eye out for his upcoming events—because there’s nowhere else quite like it.

Spotlight 9🌟: Joshua Perry Designs
Joshua Perry Designs specializes in custom gifting solutions and professional on-site engraving for personal and corporate needs. Founded by Joshua Gragert-Perry, their team delivers meticulous craftsmanship and exceptional design, with complimentary consultations to bring your vision to life.

Spotlight 10🌟: Land of the Blind/Vagabond/Taron Pounds
Taron “Indestructoboy” Pounds is the creative force behind Vagabond, a fully funded pulp fantasy RPG on Gamefound. Built for solo, co-op, or guided play, Vagabond features a brand-new d20 resolution mechanic designed for fast-paced, seamless combat and exploration. Heroes in this world are pulp fantasy action heroes armed for “dumb violence and dungeon crawling.”

Spotlight 11🌟: Cherry & Bark
Cherry & Bark turned a passion for tap dancing into a love for crafting small-batch ice cream. Founded in 2021, this Tulsa-based business serves up unforgettable flavors made with locally sourced ingredients and a commitment to sustainability. Every scoop is a celebration of creativity and community.

These businesses don’t just sponsor raffle items; they help us celebrate q***r literature, connection, and resilience. Thank you for standing with us! RSVP for the party here: https://www.facebook.com/share/1DwBv8bfWh/

🌟Spotlight 5: YBR Pub
One of the last 30-something le***an bars in the country—and thriving! Opened in 2000, YBR overcame a devastating electrical fire in 2022 that forced a temporary closure. Now, under the leadership of Val Binkley, YBR is back and better than ever. A beloved Tulsa hangout and home to its own Q***rLit Library, YBR is a beacon of resilience and q***r joy. Proud to support Q***rLit Collective’s mission!

🌟Spotlight 6: Ruby’s Relief
In loving memory of Ruby (2004–2017), a $53 rescue dog from Tulsa Animal Welfare, Ruby’s Relief® was created to honor her legacy. This organization promotes pet safety and advocates for animal well-being through in-kind charitable donations. Each raffle package is thoughtfully curated—either themed or something Ruby herself would have loved. Grateful to celebrate Q***rLit Collective’s second birthday with you!

🌟 Spotlight 7: Elote
Founded in 2008 with just five employees, Elote has grown from a small lunch spot to a cornerstone of the Deco District’s revitalization. Hosting vibrant community events like Salsafest, Chihuahua races, Cinco de Mayo, Art Alley, Drag Brunch, and Lucha Libre wrestling, Elote is a hub for Tulsa’s culture and creativity.

These businesses have sponsored incredible raffle items for our upcoming birthday party on June 10! Find out more and RSVP here: https://www.facebook.com/share/1DwBv8bfWh/

This Memorial Day, we honor and thank our veterans for their courage, sacrifice, and service.

For those looking to deepen their understanding of LGBTQIA+ history within our military, Coming Out Under Fire: The History of Gay Men and Women in World War II by Alan Bérubé is a must-read. This compelling book sheds light on the often-overlooked experiences of q***r service members during one of history’s most pivotal conflicts.

Let’s remember, reflect, and continue fighting for a world where every veteran is seen, valued, and celebrated. 💙🏳️‍🌈
