One of the last 30-something le***an bars in the countryâand thriving! Opened in 2000, YBR overcame a devastating electrical fire in 2022 that forced a temporary closure. Now, under the leadership of Val Binkley, YBR is back and better than ever. A beloved Tulsa hangout and home to its own Q***rLit Library, YBR is a beacon of resilience and q***r joy. In loving memory of Ruby (2004â2017), a $53 rescue dog from Tulsa Animal Welfare, Rubyâs ReliefÂŽ was created to honor her legacy. This organization promotes pet safety and advocates for animal well-being through in-kind charitable donations. This Memorial Day, we honor and thank our veterans for their courage, sacrifice, and service.
