🚧 Project Complete: Western Supply 🚧

Forza Construction wrapped up the Western Supply project in partnership with Crossland Construction Company, Inc. — a seven-story mixed-use community in downtown Tulsa designed for today’s remote workers and professionals.

To overcome a weight-bearing challenge created by the five-story structure sitting atop a parking garage, our team collaborated with the architect and engineer teams at Perkins Eastman to develop an innovative masonry solution for the interior courtyard. We implemented a Parex Ltd Masonry Veneer System with Continuous Insulation (MVS-CI) — a system that combines the energy efficiency of EIFS continuous insulation with the durability of an adhered thin brick veneer.
