Today, we're celebrating three years of Sierra Carter at Amplify! 🩷 Sierra joined the Amplify team in 2023 as our Training Manager, bringing with her nearly 12 years of experience as an Adolescent S*xual Health Educator with the Tulsa Health Department's PREP program. As a nationally certified trainer, Sierra ensures educators across Tulsa and Oklahoma are equipped to implement evidence-based s*xual health curricula and leads best-practice trainings and workshops for adults who support youth.

Sierra's passion and energy are truly contagious! She brings warmth, expertise, and a deep love for this work into every room she trains. She has a gift for making educators feel equipped and inspired, and her years in the classroom shine through in everything she does. For too long, s*x education has been treated as controversial. But when you ask Oklahomans what they actually want for their young people, the answer is clear. New statewide polling of more than 1,000 Oklahoma voters found that 88% support s*x education in middle and high schools, with bipartisan support across every region of the state. Oklahomans want young people to grow up healthy, safe, and informed. So do we. 🩵
