Here is a “short” of me putting away my garage gym. My Starting Strength Online Coach, , encouraged me to post this. The rack is a Titan Fitness T-3 Upright Folding Power Rack 21.5”. The bar is from Titan the weights are from Titan and Walmart. Titan Fitness is a local company so I’m happy to support them. The lumber came from a local Home Depot here in Memphis, TN. The hardware that makes it all “convertible” is from my local neighborhood Ace Hardware Store. The mats are horse stall mats from Tractor Supply Co. It’s not high tech fancy or expensive, It IS just simple, effective and close to home. The T-shirt is from Freed-Hardeman University. Go Lions!!
