My commissions are open. My rates are low. My style is consistently chibi with hints of realism.

This is what I will be trying to get. It's on sale right now but probably will not be by the time I can afford them. They seem to be the best value for $$. Not as good as, say, Faber-Castell or Caran d'Ache (photos included for comparison), but also not as expensive. 😅

I just learned that the Crayola colored pencils I've been using for my drawings are not display safe. They fade. Horribly. Even when stored in a dark environment, they fade apparently. Now I feel completely defeated because I do not have the $$$$ to replace them. At all. Not even a few. I have hundreds of colors and no idea where to even start now. It feels like just one more kick while down. I don't even want to finish this piece I've been working on because what's the point?

I will be trying at least some of these in October. 🙈 Wish me luck!

Last year I shared my prompt list far too late, so I wanted to make sure I had it ready in time for everyone to prepare for October. 🖤
I made sure to include as many Halloween vibes as possible. I hope something here inspires you and I look forward to seeing what you make this October!

I'm also offering baked goods for sale peeps.

Cheesecake, Applesauce cake, cookies, muffins, brownies, chocolate bundt cake, Mississippi mud brownies, etc. Base price is $20 a recipe/batch with the more ingredient intense recipes being more expensive - dependent on ingredients and effort. If you want the chocolate bundt cake with the homemade chocolate buttercream icing it is $40.

No updated Pegasus picture yet. The coloring portion is one that sometimes takes me two to three times as long as I take to make the initial drawing. The characters themselves will be outlined in pen but the rest will likely be colored pencil.

I fight myself on the coloring portion. I am still working on becoming secure in my color options and actual coloring technique.

Many of my older drawings were only done with my graphite pencils and I am slowly figuring out the colors.

What's your favorite color? I have a hard time picking just one.
