Heard the same thing multiple times today on discovery calls: “one month we’re slammed, then it goes quiet.”
I want to say this clearly: that’s usually not a sales problem. It’s a visibility problem.

When referrals hit or timing is right, you get busy. It feels great. But you can’t repeat it on purpose. So when the wave passes, you’re back to hoping the next one shows up, and that’s when the scrambling starts.

The fix is simple: make sure new people are finding you every week, and make sure you follow up the same way every time so interest turns into booked calls.

The goal is not super exciting. The goal is actually kinda boring. It’s just predictability. You shouldn’t have to guess if your phone’s going to ring next week.
