To install mechanical ductwork and equipment on commercial construction projects in accordance with mechanical code and under the guidance of our Journeyman. This position requires manual labor and daily learning in the field.

Qualifications
• High school or equivalent
• Must be mechanically inclined or
construction experience
• Valid Driver's License

Experience: 2+ years HVAC

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Required industry certifications are a must
• 3+ years of experience preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be able to read blueprints and diagrams
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job which include bending, lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces
• Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving history and reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and diagnostic skills
• Proven time management skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Work well as a member of the service team; flexibility to work variable hours including overtime and on call schedules
• Utilize critical thinking to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair problems
• Ability to explain issues with equipment and repairs to customers
• Build and maintain relationships with customers
• Educating the client on how to use and maintain their device
• Perform maintenance and provide customer support
• Order parts needed for repairs if needed
• Ability to use an ipad to fill out detailed service reports and keep records on services that have been performed

SCHEDULE:
Monday – Friday
Weekends – On call
Holidays – On Call
