If you want to be in the gym, you deserve to be in the gym. Thats all it takes. You deserve to be there even if you’ve never worked out before. Even if you’ve been out of the gym for weeks or months for injury or illness. even if you need modifications or extra rest. Even if you are learning and aren’t sure what to do. Even if you’re a woman or minority. Even if you’re pregnant. Even if you’re just walking on the treadmill. Even if you’re just using the lightest weights. If you want to be there, and want to learn, you deserve to be. Don’t let anyone convince you otherwise.
