🎉 One month ago today, we officially opened the doors to the CommunityCare Member & Resource Center, and what an incredible first month it's been!
We've loved welcoming members, neighbors, and friends into our new space to answer questions, provide personalized support, host activities, and connect our community with the resources they need.
If you haven't stopped by yet, we'd love to meet you! Whether you need help understanding your health plan, want to attend one of our events, or simply want to see what we're all about, our doors are open.
