Hey mamas! I took a long break from doula work while pregnant with my baby girl, but my sweet Emilie Chere is here, healthy and two months old! So as of today, I am officially taking clients again!!

Q: What exactly is comfort coaching, and who could benefit from it?

A: Comfort coaching is ideal for mamas and support teams who for whatever reason (financial, hospital restrictions, etc.) have chosen not to have a doula. I get it, no judgement here! During a comfort coaching session, I meet with you and whoever else you’ve chosen to support you during your birth. We will go over your birth plan (or create one for an additional fee), and I’ll teach your support team how to best support you! You’ll learn and practice some of the best methods to prepare for labor, cope with labor pains, and bring your little one into the world!
