This work is personal to me. The conversations, the care, the small shifts that make someone stand a little taller when they see themselves. It never gets old.

✨ Meet Josie McClendon ✨

Josie joined our newest Alchemy team member and is currently apprenticing as she grows her skills and finds her rhythm behind the scenes. She brings a calm, creative energy to the salon and cares deeply about creating spaces where people feel comfortable being themselves.

When she’s not at the salon, she’s probably cooking something cozy, doodling in a notebook, gaming, or hanging out with friends and family. Thoughtful, artistic, and always learning - this is just the beginning of her journey, and we’re so excited to see her grow!
