We haven’t been able to do as many fundraisers as we’d like lately, due to kitchen staff shortage but this one is near and dear to us here at Chongs! As many of you know, Mama Chong overcame breast cancer not once but twice! Another of our kitchen staff, Alma, was diagnosed last year and is still undergoing treatment.
