Hello Students and Parents,
Starting Thursday April 23rd we will be doing classes online using Zoom which can be used on most computers and mobile devices. This will be a live interactive video session and will be held on each Tuesday and Thursday of the week. Below are listed the sessions and access information for each age group.

Little Lions:

Parents please select the appropriate session for your child and provide them with a reasonable space for the to work out and participate.

These are actual classes for the students. Once the lock down is lifted we will return to physical classes at the school. Depending on the time frame for the lock down we will use this system for testing and provide a means for the students to progress to their next belt.

The students can also access their forms on Facebook so that they can practice outside of these classes.
