This class is,
-Designed to bring fitness and balance to new moms as they bond with their infants. (0-6M)
-Nursing, bouncing, feeding, walking and crying are NORMAL events
-This class is designed to build strength, balance, and confidence for both mothers and children alike!

Yoga is well known for developing flexibility, but that’s only a small piece. Yoga can also tone your muscles and improve balance and mobility. This is especially important as we age!
