BODY VIBES COVID 19 GUIDELINES
•••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• 1. BODY VIBES WAIVER/COVID WAIVER must be electronically signed and completed prior to your appointment or session time. (Check your email if you haven’t received one.) 2. Members must have the Vagaro app on their phones and ready to go for check in!
3. Members must wait outside until earlier classes or sessions have been completed and members have left the building.
4. Members will check in with the Vagaro app at the front desk upon arrival.
5. Only members who are scheduled can be inside of BODY VIBES - no additional guests or kids allowed at this time.
6. Members must maintain 6ft of distance from one another.
7. Members must stay on their assigned pink cone throughout the session or class.
8. BODY VIBES will be fully sanitized between each class.
9. Bathrooms may be used for standard bathroom purposes only and will not be available as a changing room, please ask for an assigned changing room.
10. Members must provide their own towel, mat, and water! (Mat is only required for classes that utilize a mat.)
11. Members must use hand sanitizer upon entry. We have 4 hand sanitizer stations.
12. Members must not gather before or after class in the studio.
13. Members must leave immediately after the session or class is over.
14. Members are not required to wear a mask.
15. Staff will be required to wear a mask.
