Full-Time Loan/Real Estate Assistant Position Available

We are seeking a highly versatile, **bilingual** individual to serve as my right hand in the office.

Position Details:
Hours: 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break
Location: In person, Turlock, CA 95380
- Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
- Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
- Schedule:
- 4-hour shifts
- Day shift, Evening shift, Monday to Friday, Morning shift, Rotating weekends

Responsibilities:
This role requires managing a variety of tasks to support our loan and real estate operations, including but not limited to:

- Providing updates during pipeline meetings
- Handling application intake
- Auditing documents
- Managing pre-approvals and TBDs
- Calculating income
- Collecting documents from clients
- Managing escrow-related issues
- Sending thank you cards
- Posting and engaging on two social media pages
- Assisting with QuickBooks
- Data entry and tracking in spreadsheets
- Updating the lead tracker
- Ordering lunch
- Attending social networking events
- Participating in open houses
- Ordering/Returning items
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining office cleanliness (mopping, sweeping, taking out trash)
- Assisting with any additional tasks as needed

Personal Assistance:
- Providing occasional rides for myself or others
- Running errands as needed

Qualifications:
Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)
Ability to Commute: Reliable transportation to Turlock, CA 95380
Skills: Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage a wide range of tasks effectively
