• 1/2 hog: $4.25/lb hanging weight + processing fees (paid directly to processor)
• Whole hog: $4.00/lb hanging weight + processing fees (paid directly to processor)

They head to the butcher on 4/8/26. The processor will contact you that afternoon or the next day to go over your custom cut sheet for your half.

If you’re local, I’m happy to pick up your order when I grab mine. The butcher accepts cash or check.
