The kids showed a lot of enthusiasm, creativity, and teamwork as they stretched curds and shaped mozzarella. It was great to see everyone learn new skills and gain confidence in the kitchen while having fun. Thank you to Tuscumbia First Methodist Church for hosting us, to Ms. Susan Hill, Regional Agent with Alabama Cooperative Extension Food Safety for sharing her knowledge, and to all our participants for making the day a success.
