Cutting these 4130 brackets for the Nub Valve Spring Compressor for David Irving. The blanks are laser cut by and then finished in the mill. I cut the soft jaws 0.001 over the model and they are a perfect fit ✅.

I’m glad to get the chance to be on the Impractical Machinist Podcast for with , and that just dropped today. I always enjoy talking about machining whenever possible and was fun just chatting with these dudes. Hope you all enjoy it and maybe pick up even a nugget of info that can help you out.
