• Rash guard and no-gi compatible shorts (no gi-pants or kimono)
• Water, towel, and your best training partner
• Arrive a bit early to check-in and warm up.
• Be ready for a mix of technique drills and situational sparring – Marco’s approach blends precision with live application.
• All levels welcome — but this will challenge you. If you’re white belt, come hungry; if you’re advanced, come ready to dig deep.
