My view today from sofa consists of and 🎥 🍵 📖. I managed not to contract pink eye from my kids, but this worn out mama has a virus of some sort. Two hours at urgent care and another 30 at target 🎯 waiting for prescriptions, last night never felt so good to be honest. Not quite the me time I have been looking for, but it was definitely needed.
I’ve realized I have not been taking care of myself. Hmmm...sound familiar to a lot of parents 🤔The past couple of weeks I’ve decided to catch up on me a little bit.
Dentist ✔️
Eye doctor ✔️
Physical ✔️
Between the discussion, for the second year I might add, about adding bifocals to my glasses...the 15 pound weight gain since turning 41 last September...all of the blood work because of the possibility of early menopause and other issues...I’m thinking if I’m going to continue keeping up with my two toddlers I need to re-evaluate my health. 🤔👨‍👩‍👧‍👦💪🏼

Both kids have had pink eye over the past week and a half. Saul has no idea what is happening, therefore I’ve had to get a little crafty trying to get drops in his eyes 👀
